Debbie and I just got home and we are bouncing off
the ceiling.
We feel so privileged to be involved with such a great
a caring group of people.
A special thanks to Mary Lou and Kathy for helping me
through my "episode" yesterday afternoon. When we got home
I was about to jump into the shower and I jumped on the scales
and found that I had lost 6 pounds in the last three days..
on top of 4 pounds on Wednesday and Thursday of last week.
I am sure it was all water weight and it messed up my system,
but doing better now!!
This weekend has been such a incredible experience.
The breakdowns and the rain problems really pulled the
best out of everybody and really brought everybody together.
Lets start planning for next year right away and figure out
what everybody wants to do and where you want to go..
