Big Daddy Update
We first want to thank all of you who came out and "Rode To The Wall" with Big Daddy Leather. We left BDL with 164 bikes and then picked up approximately 20 more on the route into DC. We will be donating $225.00 to Rolling Thunder Chapter 3 from the proceeds of the t-shirts that were ordered. If you went on the ride and did not get to order a t-shirt and would like to, please contact me via email.
"Bike Night in the Burg" is going strong. 5/23/2007 we had 92 bikes and 5/30/2007 we increased to 98 bikes. We will have the 2nd Bike Show of the season on June 6, 2007.
The first 5 bikes are entered free, after that the entry fee is $10.00.
PLEASE BE AWARE that the City of Fredericksburg has a noise ordinance in effect. Please be cautious when coming into Bike Night and going through town.
When approaching and leaving Bike Night at the store PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be considerate of our neighbors. We want to continue having Bike Night and in order to do so we have to keep the noise to a minimum. The road will be on June 6th. Please make sure you enter and exit ONLY from Princess Anne Street.
Make sure you have your calendars marked for the 1st Annual Frazier-Mason "Some Gave All" Memorial Ride on June 16, 2007. Registration will begin at 9am at Spotsylvania High School. The ride will leave at 11am. We have 151 bike pre-registered. You will be able to register the day of the event, $20.00 per rider and $7.00 per passenger. T-shirts will be on sale the day of for $15-$18. This is an event you don't want to miss. Here is a link to the article that was in Monday's Free Lance Star.
